TERMS & CONDITIONS – $10,000 Window & Door Giveaway

Participation in the $10,000 Window & Door Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is subject to the following Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Lake Washington Windows & Doors, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Lake Washington Windows & Doors located at 740 SW 34th St #201, Renton, WA 98057 (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on January 29, 2026 and ends on May 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).  All entries must be received by the Sponsor by May 15, 2026.  Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, are homeowners of their primary residence (rental properties are excluded), reside within the service areas where Lake Washington Windows & Doors operates in the State of Washington (Auburn, Bainbridge, Bellevue, Black Diamond, Bonney Lake, Bothell, Bremerton, Burien, Des Moines, Duvall, Echo Lake, Edgewood, Edmonds, Everett, Federal Way, Fircrest, Gig Harbor, Graham, Issaquah, Kent, Kirkland, Kitsap County, Lake Stevens, Lakewood, Lynnwood, Maple Valley, Mercer Island, Mill Creek, Milton, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, NE Tacoma, Newcastle, North Bend, Parkland, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Puyallup, Redmond, Renton, Ruston, Sammamish, Seattle, Seatac, Shoreline, South Hill, Silverdale, Snoqualmie, Spanaway, Steilacoom, Sumner, Tacoma, Tukwila, University Place, Woodinville, West Seattle), and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.  The Promotion is void outside of the listed geographical areas.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

No purchase is required to enter the Promotion.  Eligible participants may enter the Promotion by completing an official entry form in person at the Lake Washington Windows & Doors booth during participating Home Shows held within the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate or multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified.

Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a $10,000 USD (Ten Thousand Dollars) allowance applied toward a qualifying window and/or door replacement project provided by Lake Washington Windows & Doors (the “Prize”).

The Prize is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. The Prize may not be substituted, assigned, or combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. A minimum total project value of $15,000 USD (Fifteen Thousand Dollars) is required in order to apply the Prize. The Prize will be applied only if the selected winner chooses to move forward with a qualifying project.

The Prize must be redeemed and the project completed within twelve (12) months from the date the winner is officially announced. Any costs exceeding the value of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  The winner is responsible for applicable state and federal taxes.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 20, 2026.  The winner need not be present for the drawing.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified within a reasonable period of time after the drawing on or about May 20, 2026, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner may also be announced on Sponsor’s website and official social media channels. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and general project information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, human, or other errors related to the Promotion. Sponsor is also not responsible for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize. Participation is at the entrant’s own risk.

Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be used for purposes related to this Promotion, follow-up communications, and marketing initiatives by Lake Washington Windows & Doors. Participant information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.

Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
