Overall: Happy but not blown awayPROS:- super friendly, for a team of all men and being a woman alone in the house I felt safe and respected- worked quickly and arrived on time every day- included me in decision making about trim adjustments and answered all my questions- were mostly neat and tidy, didn’t leave trash or anything behind on site and left the house in good shape each day- worked well with my 1910 home and its quirks - took the time to custom fit trim, remove old caulking, etc. And they were able to preserve/re-use most materials- windows themselves seem like great quality and have an excellent warrantyCONS:- lack of attention to detail in certain aspects (in particular: caulking was not the cleanest job, though I do believe it’s weather proof, aesthetically I’ve seen better; and with clean up they did vacuum and wipe the windows down but they left dirty handprints on trim and saw dust in places though it was easy enough to clean up myself after)- doesn’t really affect me but a little concerned that the company doesn’t make them wear PPE (no masks or ear plugs)WOULD I HIRE AGAIN?Yes? I’m happy with the quality of the product and overall install. For my old house that already has super weathered trim, a few spots of messy caulking are not noticeable. However, if I had a high end, modern new build I’d be pickier.

The windows is beautiful and the work was wonderful. Everyone was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Despite a few slip ups, that everyone dealing with home repairs will be familiar with, it was a good experience and I would be more than willing to work with this company in the future. This review is specifically to acknowledge the hard work of our sales person, Ronny Kemei. Ronny offered to come by a second time to go over details as the first time we had no idea about the differences in quality/warranty of various doors. I tend to be a highly detailed person with big purchases and Ronny was very considerate in taking notes on all my questions to make sure they were answered. He did a lot of legwork and went above and beyond to try to get us the best price possible. Even though we did not end up choosing LWW&D, Ronny deserves praise for the time and care he put into our project.

Great product and am very pleased, especially with the installation. Dmitri and his partner installed the windows quickly and efficiently. They were extremely hard workers, polite and very thorough in their cleanup. I would highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors and be sure to ask for Dmitri for installation.

I've giving 4 stars due to a couple of initial problems that were resolved to my satisfaction. Shout out to window installers Josue and Emilio - 5 stars! They made it all worth it. Also a shout out to German, who helped me out with respect when I felt not treated well by the 1st set of installers. It's individuals like these that make all the difference. My husband had consulted with Lake Washington Windows before he died last year. They took measurements and gave him a quote. The quote given was honoured when I was ready to go forward with the installation. The windows were installed yesterday, and the crew did an amazing job. They managed to complete the whole house install in 1 day, versus 2. They were efficient, clean, and so, so kind. My initial contact was with Ireland Wood. She had initially dealt with my husband and was SO kind when she found out he had died. Summer Schertz coordinated the install, and Phillip led the install team. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Lake Washington Windows. I love my new windows! Thank you everyone on the team.

We had a great experience replacing 17 windows and 2 doors through LWWD. The entire process was smooth, from getting the initial consultation and estimate to installation. Communication was good and easy. The installation process ended up being 2 days ahead of schedule. The installers were thorough, polite, and were respectful of our home and space. I had several windows replaced in my condo earlier this week. Josue and Emilio did a fantastic job. Showed up on time. Did meticulous work. Cleaned up afterwards. 100% trustworthy. The manager, German, came by the week before to scout the location and ensure they had the right equipment to replace a specific window four stories high. He also showed up at the start of the job as well. I'm very pleased with the overall work and the communication throughout the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, especially German, Josue and Emilio.

We had some significant timeframe issues and needed our discolored windows replaced ASAP, to put the house on the market. Andy, Chris and Fatu installed our 5 windows. They were professional and knowledgeable. Their training was apparent. Installation was done well. They also carefully prepared the areas to prevent any damage and cleaned up well when finished. The windows look great.

Ricky and Joel did an amazing job on our door! They were superb in communicating with updates and made the experience very easy.

Andy and Fatu(?) and his team were courteous and diligent. We had a whole house replacement with a sliding glass door, including a second story foyer window. Their work on our windows was fantastic and completed on time. Even with some hiccups with incorrect window sizes they remained professional and went the extra mile to make the job go smoothly. They even took the time to answer our curious kids’ questions in such a friendly way and making sure we were all satisfied with the final result.

I had a work order for the installation of a 3-piece bay window, 1 clerestory and a backdoor with a doggie door. It was a scheduled as a 2 day install but Ricky, Johan and Jayson made quick work on my 100 y/o Craftsman bungalow and finished in one 8 period. Ricky, worked some magic on the door install. Ricky worked on replacing the backdoor with a new dog door preinstalled and did a fantastic job. He raised the door just enough where now I can place a rug to keep my floor clean due to doggie traffic in/out the dog door. My old door was a disaster and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.Johan and Jayson worked on replacing the 3-piece bay window, clerestory window and did a fantastic job. The guys were able to put in the same type of windows that were previously used. The new Milgard windows are essentially the same that I had previously (replaced 20+ years ago). I went with windows without the grid and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Both Johan and Jayson, prepped the work area, plastic draped over my furniture and sectioned off the work area keeping the rest of my bungalow free from debris. my houseI’d definitely recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors for your needs. Additionally, the work area was cleaned so all I needed to do was move my furniture back in place. Well done!

We had a relatively minor job of needing to replace a single window after noticing some water getting through. It was challenging to find someone that would take on something that size at a reasonable price, but once we found Lake Washington Windows it was very clear that's who we should go with - the initial consult was very clear and the bid was much better than anyone else. Communication throughout the process was consistent and helped us feel confident all the way through. Everything was completed on time and as expected, Luis and Marcos made the day-of project a breeze and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We will definitely keep Lake Washington Windows on our list of contractors for any future projects.

I can't share an experience with the products, but I can share an experience I had with a member of the team. While driving today, I had an unpleasant experience with a truck driver. I usually don't call to complain about these issues, but this one was egregious enough. The manager, Jeff, promptly called me back and apologized. He asked for details, we talked, and I couldn't have had a nicer experience regarding the issue. If I ever need windows and doors, or know someone who does, I would recommend this company just based on this experience alone. It seems everyone else loves the products too!
