Lake Washington delivered on every word they said for my recent window & patio door project. My consultant Michael is easily one the best sales persons I've ever worked with. He possesses the unique combination of design skills, deep product knowledge, and total customer focus. Michael sent me a detailed design drawing on a piece of grid paper a couple of hours after my "change of mind" on window layout. That single piece of artifact convinced me that Lake Washington has people who know what they are doing. Michael also offered me a product two other well-known local vendors simply said "don't exist" -- at a more competitive rate than the less preferred products the other vendors quoted. Decisioning became very simple from there. Ireland coordinated inspection and install scheduling for me. Her communication was clear and well advanced so I had plenty of time to get ready for appointments. A breath of fresh air compared to other install/remodeling vendors I've worked with in the past. Coming installation day, Josue and Andy (Andres) were my installers. These guys did incredible work. They came on time, were super efficient with the work and were polite and friendly throughout. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly, saving any hassle on my side. Josue even assisted me in putting back two pieces of window dressings so I didn't have to struggle with putting them back on at night. They did everything professionally, with a lot of skills and care. As a happy customer who now has beautiful, specially made, newly installed windows and door, I recommend Lake Washington wholeheartedly and will use them again for my future projects.

We contacted Lake Washington Windows and Doors regarding French doors that let water in the house during big storms. An appointment was scheduled quickly and efficiently. Dave did a careful assessment and explained the different options we had. We never felt he was trying to sell doors that wouldn't be best for our needs. We highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors.

Overall, our experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors was very professional. Scope of work involved a new sliding patio door that was completed within 1/2 day. They offered reasonable pricing - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, which in my opinion is the best approach to take with home services. This was a multi-step process (inquiry, free quote, critical measure, installation) in which we engaged with 4-5 different people. There were aspects in which they went above and beyond; and others where it was OK, leading to the rating. Installation (6/5): Crisanto & Joel were ROCKSTARS. They were professional, friendly, thorough, and highly knowledgable. We were there throughout the entire process - and could tell they took pride in their work and installed it as if it were their own home. For example, Crisanto laid down a wood transition piece and while trying to press it into place, the wood slightly split. He removed it and replaced it with a new one. When Joel tried to install the screen door, he was very meticulous in making sure it was balanced and the wheels were sliding properly. Scheduling (4/5): Scheduling process was generally communicative and straightforward; however, due to the bomb cyclone, we experienced some last minute scheduling changes. My understanding is that they were very busy for the next few weeks, and had already received the door, and needed to install as soon as they could because it would be difficult for them to hold onto inventory. They were really encouraging us to schedule it for the following day, which we already had commitments, but did our best to move and accommodate them. What really made it difficult to give 5 stars was after we cleared our schedule to make sure they could come (and that they said they could bring a generator if our power was still out), they asked AGAIN if we had a generator and then proceeded to ask if we knew when we were getting our power back (btw, even PSE didn't know since they were doing damage assessment at the time). I recognize this was a stressful time for everyone, but after we did everything to accommodate to their schedule, it felt the burden being shifted all onto us as the customer - to accommodate to their schedule, to provide power, & being asked if we had a generator twice even though they said their manager could bring one. That burdening feeling just left me a bit stressed out & a bad taste in the mouth. Inquiry/Sales (4/5): After I initially submitted an inquiry online, I felt bombarded by the e-mail, texts, calls to follow up. I appreciate a company making sure I receive communication from them, but because I was reached out to by multiple people with 7+ touchpoints, it was a lot. There was also a system issue that caused confusion around scheduling. However, after getting into contact & scheduling the estimate appointment, everything else generally went smoothly, so I'm glad I didn't let this part stop me from moving forward because the installation was top-notch. Without the unexpected weather, I think my experience would've resulted in a full rating, but I didn't want to discount how it went given when things weren't perfect (because hey, it happens). If you've read this far and are still unsure whether to go with Lake Washington Windows & Doors, I can say with confidence that you'll be in good hands.

The installers, Crisanto and Joel, worked quickly and were exceptionally professional, finishing the job earlier than expected and very clean. The work met and exceeded our expectations. The whole process from start to finish was hassle free.

I had a good experience with this company. From the initial consultation to the actual installation of my windows and sliding doors. Pricing is probably in the middle, not the least expensive and not the most expensive. The window/door brand I got was Milgard with a lifetime warranty. Hope that stands true.

We had (5) windows replaced and (1) new window installed. Crew was very professional and cleaned up at the end of shift. Installation process from start to finish was smooth. Our experience was a positive one and we look forward to more projects with them.

The whole process was smooth. The initial consultation with Matt was informative and he helped with getting a discount. There was good communication with Ireland and the rest of the team. The installers did a great job too and cleaned the work space well. Overall, I’m happy with this company thus far. It’s only been a few days since the windows and sliding door have been installed, but so far so good.

I can’t say enough about Lake Washington and their stellar commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve been dealing with a lot of questionable contractors lately due to all of the work I’ve done on my house this year. Lake Washington was by far the best experience. Spencer was my first contact. He was on time, friendly and did not try to pressure, oversell or overcharge me. The quote he provided me was on par price wise and was very detailed. He was also very knowledgeable about payment options and timelines. The admin staff, Ireland, Candice, McKenzie were all awesome at their jobs. They kept me updated on all of the logistics of the project, and promptly and professionally solved any issues that came up which were very few. The installers were the stars of the whole operation. Christopher and his partner (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, very professional and took great care of my home. They made sure my space was protected from the elements and left the site clean and tidy afterward. I had a last minute request regarding the trim, Chris listened and did his best to accommodate the request. His “we will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with the results” attitude was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, I rate the entire experience, 5 out of 5.

This is our seconds time working with Lake Washington Windows and they are still the best windows/door company around. Michael, the sales rep, was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and provided multiple quotes as we made several changes throughout the process. Ireland, in their office, was great with communication and kept us informed with the installation date. Crisanto and Joel did our installation. I wasn’t home that day but my wife said they were super polite and she felt very safe at home alone while they completed the installation. Lake Washington has been great to work with, fair on their prices, and I would definitely recommend them if you need doors or windows.

We hired LWWD to replace our exterior french doors and the service from start to finish was excellent. Tuscany visited our home to assess what we needed and walked us through the whole process. Ireland coordinated the installation and was very clear and helpful. Lastly, Josue and Andy installed the doors and were prompt, professional, and very thorough in their work. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for new doors - LWWD clearly treats their employees well because they all really seem to enjoy working for them, which trickles down to the quality of work they provide. 5/5

Lake Washington Windows & Doors is a great company to do business with. We were well informed throughout the process. The workers, Crisanto and Joel, who installed our beautiful 42" door with sidelight, were very professional and friendly. They were very respectful of our home and took great care to contain the construction dust. There was very little cleanup for us to do. We would definitely use their company again for any window and door projects.

Overall, the experience was excellent. From the initial meeting with Matt who spent over 3-hours with us answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. We chose Milgard Tuscany V400 Vinyl windows to replace our existing vinyl windows. Upon our acceptance of the project we were handed over to Ireland who coordinated the install schedule and ensured we had completed all paperwork. The installation was performed with as little disruption to us as possible. Mark, the lead installer, kept us informed of their progress and what we could expect the following days. The installation was completed ahead of the planned completion date. What impressed me about Mark was his professionalism and when I pointed an issue, he addressed it immediately (even after they had completed the install). After we signed off on the completion of the project, McKenzie is the point of contact at LWWD for any issues that may arise with our windows. We have had two issues that needed fixing. I contacted McKenzie and she sent Sonsi out to evaluate the problems. Sonsi addressed both issues to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our choice of windows and LWWD as the company to install them. I am confident that LWWD will continue to stand by their work and Milgard will stand by the workmanship of their products. Thank you!

This company did great work for us on a new set of exterior french doors, replacing an old sliding glass door. It was a custom size opening, and initially the install was too tight, but Cristano and Joel did a great job completely revising the install free of additional charge to get the door functioning perfectly. They worked hard to make it right for us.

We had a new slider and screen put in . Accessing our deck and car port. First I will say I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the screen not closing right. Andy and Joshua were amazing as our installer answered every question we had during install. They were on time did an amazing job. We did have to the company back since the screen was not closing correctly. Customer service was outstanding . Candice in billing was amazing also. I highly recommend this company. They even gave a great bid . Thank you all for all you did.

Highly recommend Lake Washington Windows. They replaced three windows for us. Very efficient, responsive and competitively priced. The sales rep did a virtual consultation to understand what we needed and turned around an estimate quickly. The measurement rep arrived on time and walked through all our expectations. The project lead Ireland kept us updated on expected timeline and installation was scheduled well within it. Thomas and Daniel were onsite to remove and install also arrived on time- their work was detailed and neat, and showed care to our home. We are happy with the windows and would use them again for other projects.

Joel and Crisanto did a great job replacing trim around my window and adding additional flashing. Really appreciate their attention to detail and the timeliness of the work.

Working with everyone from LWWD has been great. Upon a recommendation from a family member, we called and David Judge came out to do the initial measurements and discuss options. After we committed, we had the final measurements done and made a couple of last minute changes based on his recommendations. For the install, Ricky and Gustavo did a fantastic job working through what order and how they were going to approach the job. We discussed some areas of concern we had and they provided feedback and suggestions about how they would resolve it if it was their house - that’s absolutely the mindset you want from an installer. I have been very pleased with every part of the process to get a new window in my office. Scheduling was smooth and communication all along was super clear. We had a massive project of replacing ALL our windows and doors replaced. Turned out to be 25 windows and 4 doors. We had to get not only the windows replaces, but also get the framing and flashing replaced and/or added. As you can imagine this is a MASSIVE project. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism by everyone- the person answered my calls, the person who provided estimates, and crew that did all the work. All the work was on exact time as it was promised. We were able to stay in our home while the work was being done. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up at the end of each day. Not a single one of our furniture had any debris or dust on it. They are a little bit on the pricier side, but the convenience, punctuality, professionalism, cleanliness, etc. completely makes up for the cost. This is the one and only company I will recommend going forward for any door/window projects for anyone.

We replaced all of the windows in our home and LW was wonderful throughout the entire process. Special shout out to Joe and his install team; they were so kind, communicative, respectful of our space, and had a good sense of humor about our wild children and puppy. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and are very pleased with our end result!

Super happy with my choice to use Lake Washington Doors and Windows. The story begins at the home show, I was trying to decide if I needed new windows (they're about 30 years old) or just replace a failed unit. A few vendors pushed high end window replacement, Lake Washington Doors and Windows said they were good for at least another decade and just to replace the failed unit. Any vendor that will act in my best interest instead of their sales numbers is a gem. I ordered the window replacement and I'm very impressed with the process. Follow up was excellent, I was kept well informed of the scheduling, the installers were very nice and left the space cleaner than when they arrived.

I hired Lake Washington Windows and Doors to replaced the window panes in 3 of my windows. Jon Wood was our salesperson and Ireland coordinated the initial meeting and scheduled the install. I've hired several contractors on various projects for my house over the last few years and this was honestly, BY FAR, the most pleasant experience out of all of them. From start to finish they were communicative, professional, on time, cordial, and easy to work with. I 1000% recommend their services and would absolutely hire them again in the future!

Before landing on Lake Washington Windows, we talked to a lot of pushy, and rather aggressive, window salespeople who quoted us way beyond our budget. John, the sales rep from Lake Washington Windows, was down to earth, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. The installers, Chris and Alex, were nice and hardworking guys too. They even fixed up some things we noticed when they came back the second day. Would recommend this company, especially instead of some of the other bigger Seattle window names out there that show up online/social.

Door quality is great, and the installation was fast, friendly, and the installers appeared skilled and knowledgeable. The scheduling was a little bit of an issue with multiple "okay, it'll be next week!" followed by "There's been a delay." Ultimately, the install happened 2.5 months longer than originally estimated. But once it was actually scheduled, it went well.

High praise to the crew from Lake Washington Windows and doors. They did a phenomenal job - arrived on time, installed 7 windows and a sliding door, covered all my floors and removed all the mess including the ancient windows. They were a pleasure to work with and I could not be happier. The customer service was also outstanding, great communication from start to finish!

Everyone in this company has been a pleasure to deal with starting with Jim the estimator, and the coordinators, keeping us on a timeline to the installers Chris and Eric. Both of these guys went out of their way to explain what was going on. Show us whatever we wanted to see and laid protective rugs everywhere they went and cleaned up after every place they had been. I would not hesitate to use these people again if I have the chance. Some friends of ours are having them do their windows and doors also. These are Milgard Tuscany, double hung windows, which match the other two windows that were previously installed.
