I had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows! The team of installers - Denzel, Jordan and Johann were really excellent - they were professional and hard working, and they answered all my questions during the installation. The standard of their work was very high. The sliding glass doors and the casement windows that I had installed are robust and look great. I am very happy with them, and plan to have two more sliding glass doors installed next year. Thank you!

Experience thus far has been excellent - will update once work is completed. But sales process with Matt was very smooth. He was respectful, took the time to understand our priorities, and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we needed help on to make informed decisions. 5 stars for the sales process. (To be updated on installation once that's done.)Edit: Update post-installation. Crew was awesome, they worked fast but took good care of our home. Dust was pretty minimal also which was appreciated. Still have a few outstanding things to wrap up, but have been very happy with how everything has been handled. For reference we replaced 11 windows, 2 doors (garage and front) and a sliding glass door.

I had a work order for the installation of a 3-piece bay window, 1 clerestory and a backdoor with a doggie door. It was a scheduled as a 2 day install but Ricky, Johan and Jayson made quick work on my 100 y/o Craftsman bungalow and finished in one 8 period. Ricky, worked some magic on the door install. Ricky worked on replacing the backdoor with a new dog door preinstalled and did a fantastic job. He raised the door just enough where now I can place a rug to keep my floor clean due to doggie traffic in/out the dog door. My old door was a disaster and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.Johan and Jayson worked on replacing the 3-piece bay window, clerestory window and did a fantastic job. The guys were able to put in the same type of windows that were previously used. The new Milgard windows are essentially the same that I had previously (replaced 20+ years ago). I went with windows without the grid and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Both Johan and Jayson, prepped the work area, plastic draped over my furniture and sectioned off the work area keeping the rest of my bungalow free from debris. my houseI’d definitely recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors for your needs. Additionally, the work area was cleaned so all I needed to do was move my furniture back in place. Well done!

We had a relatively minor job of needing to replace a single window after noticing some water getting through. It was challenging to find someone that would take on something that size at a reasonable price, but once we found Lake Washington Windows it was very clear that's who we should go with - the initial consult was very clear and the bid was much better than anyone else. Communication throughout the process was consistent and helped us feel confident all the way through. Everything was completed on time and as expected, Luis and Marcos made the day-of project a breeze and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We will definitely keep Lake Washington Windows on our list of contractors for any future projects.

I can't share an experience with the products, but I can share an experience I had with a member of the team. While driving today, I had an unpleasant experience with a truck driver. I usually don't call to complain about these issues, but this one was egregious enough. The manager, Jeff, promptly called me back and apologized. He asked for details, we talked, and I couldn't have had a nicer experience regarding the issue. If I ever need windows and doors, or know someone who does, I would recommend this company just based on this experience alone. It seems everyone else loves the products too!

These folks are truly some of the best that I've ever worked with to get something done in my place, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose.Their showroom has a great display of the products that they offer so you can get a decent idea of what you're buying. I found it really helpful in selecting our doors, and what we bought was very much what they had on display.

Jon was my sales person for both of our jobs and was personable, never pressuring, offered suggestions or advice when asked. Would use him again, for sure. Dimitri and Josef replaced 3 sets of our windows, 1 set in an awkward place, with professionalism and politeness.

I had a great experience. From the consultation to the install everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The install was quick and they took great care of my house and left no debris.The one 'bummer' of my window replacement is that I am short and for the sliding windows that are behind furniture or the kitchen sink, I can not reach to unlock due to there being 2 locks. It was something I never considered as I have only ever had windows with a single lock near the middle. So if you are short, talk about lock location 🙂

Went with Lake Washington for a new picture window and after a few bids, went with Lake Washington. Pros: Great workmanship and good job by the two (Moldovan) guys that did the work. Very polite After service communication was very good and they went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Not so great: A bit of lag w/ communication during the dead period between purchase and getting the window installed (and tbf, it was partially my fault). But as I stated above, they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and special shoutout to Chris M. over there for taking care of things. Would definitely recommend based on workmanship and after purchase service.

We just completed having 8 new windows installed by Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The entire process went very smoothly. The new Anlin windows are very nice quality windows - a big improvement over the builder grade windows being replaced. The warranty offered by the company is excellent as is their detailed attention to how the window is sealed to assure no leakage.The sales staff was patient while we collected information before we committed to the project. Subsequently, the communication was very good with regards to scheduling. They were patient and accommodative with respect to our availability. The installation team of Dmitri and Sergei were great. Their staff, especially Jim Marowitz, are top notch. Very informative, upfront, and do not try to upsell you. When picking a contractor for a job it is hard to gauge honesty, but with Jim, he went out of his way to make sure you were happy. He told us what options were probably over the top and recommended what would work best, not what cost the most.

My experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was exemplary from our salesman Michael to the installation process. Our installers Ricky, Joel, and Emilio were extremely courteous and competent. The detail on the caulking and cleanup were standard setting. Our interaction with the office team was equally above par with rapid callbacks. I am not surprised by the performance of this company as I did thorough research before making my decision. The windows we selected were a brand that I had not heard of until now, Anlin. I was originally going to buy fiberglass windows but the more I learned about the Anlin vinyl windows the more I was impressed. Be sure to consider this manufacturer. Ricky, Emilio & Moises did a great job of replacing about a 1/2 dozen windows. They left my place like they found it: super tidy. The new windows really reduce the outside sound, keep the house cozy and are really easy to clean. The sales & project management folks (Ronnie & Jeff) were also great to work with: helped to make informed decisions and flexible with scheduling.

Over the last 3 days I had all my downstairs windows replaced in my 100 year old home by Johan, Noises and Ricardo (Ricky) from Lake Washington Windows and Doors. They even replaced some rotted window sills.
