The windows are great. Our bedroom temperature went from 64 degrees to 67 and there's less light coming in. The installation of 4 windows only took about 6 hours and that included some special requirements. the windows replaced were decades old and moldy. The install got rid of the mold and looks great. I would highly recommend including their bid in any window project.

needed glass replaced in sliding glass door, requested service and within three weeks the project was complete and the glass looks amazing - puts all our other windows to shame. Really happy with the price, they weren't the cheapest but they were competitive with all the other quotes I received.

We haven't gone beyond the sales experience thus far but Matt was absolutely wonderful to have in our home and spend time learning about doors, the company, and the process. He was super patient as we sorted out the door design we wanted from the hinges to the doorknobs. He was super communicative about the process, sent helpful follow-up emails, and was also so lovely with our pets! We have also heard from Josh within 24 hours outlining next steps and who all will be supporting us throughout the process. Very refreshing experience thus far. 🙂

Replaced 8 windows. Instal was to take 2 days but they showed up with more crew on the first day and finished that day.

Highly recommend Glassman. George came out gave us a quote and advise. Within 2 weeks replaced 63" x 50" bathroom mirror and took old one away. They where in and out and left not a speck of dust.

Luis and Johan were right on time and did a great job. They also did the little extras like cleaning the track for the sliding door and applying silicone so tje door slides easier. And they cleaned up so it was like they were never here. Excellent job. I'm very happy with the end product.

LWWD did all of the window replacements on our house. There were some major complexities with the job, but the team and particularly Eric were very reasonable in working through those with us and making sure that everything came out great.

We recently had our balcony slider door replaced on our 1950's home - and it was a challenging custom door that required a skilled hand to make it work, since the door was so out of square. Their team, from quote to installation was a class act. On day of installation, Andy M. and Yohan C. made sure to take photos throughout the process and upon completion, explained their methods and what they found to ensure our satisfaction. From the first sales rep to the contractors doing the work everything was nice, professional and on time. The windows themselves are nice, good quality and look good.

This was the most pleasant, stress free and professional project I've experienced in a long time. Starting with Ronnie (sales) who educated me on their products and choices without a hard sell pitch. Josh (Project Coordinator) who kept me updated on the progress of the project. Nolan (Measurement Tech) who was efficient and accurate at determining the measurements for the 3 panel sliding door. Summer (Installation Coordinator) who coordinated the installation and kept me updated on the manufacturing progress and the installation team who were on time, professional and cleaned up after the installation was complete. There were many companies who claimed that they could complete the job at a fair price but Lake Washington Windows and Doors knocked it out of the park.

We ordered a new front door five minutes ago to replace our 50 year old wooden door. It just gets too hot in the summer. And, our experience with Ronny was outstanding! We compared quotes from four different companies and initially chose another provider because of a lower price. But, we later found out their factory couldn't build the wide sidelights we wanted.I went back to Ronny and, to be honest, asked for at least five different quotes as our minds kept changing. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. He took the time to carefully listen to our needs, provided accurate and detailed quotes, and never seemed bothered by the many phone calls and questions I had.It was not an easy decision for me as we'll be likely to use the door for 50 years, so working with a good salesperson was very helpful.We're excited to see our new door installed and would highly recommend Ronny.

From Dave Judge, the Salesman to the office personnel and then the installers, this was certainly a 5 star project. We had all our 30 year old windows replaced and could not be happier. Almost chose Champion and VERY glad we chose Lake Washington Windows & Doors. The Anlin Del Mar series windows are top quality and the people are exceptional. We were told 10 to 12 weeks lead time. Our windows were ready in less than 5 weeks. We were constantly updated from the office as to where we were from start to finish. The installers are very professional and do top quality work. Again, this team was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly were skilled in the installation of the windows. Everything was left Inside perfectly clean when they completed the project. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the products whether Milgard or Anlin windows and did an outstanding job of helping us decide what would work best given the criteria we were considering. We had two sliding glass doors replaced in our condo. During the entire process, LWWD was communicative and flexible. They ensured that the doors we received from the manufacturer were top quality and didn't settle for anything less. There was a minor issue with one of the screen doors, and LWWD followed up with our inquiry and scheduled a replacement to be ordered and installed at no extra charge. The Anlin windows from Lake Washington Windows are top notch. We can tell the difference from our old windows, better insulated and quieter. Luis and Marcos also did a great job installing the windows and cleaning the work area when done. Definitely a five star install.

Overall: Happy but not blown awayPROS:- super friendly, for a team of all men and being a woman alone in the house I felt safe and respected- worked quickly and arrived on time every day- included me in decision making about trim adjustments and answered all my questions- were mostly neat and tidy, didn’t leave trash or anything behind on site and left the house in good shape each day- worked well with my 1910 home and its quirks - took the time to custom fit trim, remove old caulking, etc. And they were able to preserve/re-use most materials- windows themselves seem like great quality and have an excellent warrantyCONS:- lack of attention to detail in certain aspects (in particular: caulking was not the cleanest job, though I do believe it’s weather proof, aesthetically I’ve seen better; and with clean up they did vacuum and wipe the windows down but they left dirty handprints on trim and saw dust in places though it was easy enough to clean up myself after)- doesn’t really affect me but a little concerned that the company doesn’t make them wear PPE (no masks or ear plugs)WOULD I HIRE AGAIN?Yes? I’m happy with the quality of the product and overall install. For my old house that already has super weathered trim, a few spots of messy caulking are not noticeable. However, if I had a high end, modern new build I’d be pickier.

The windows is beautiful and the work was wonderful. Everyone was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This review is specifically to acknowledge the hard work of our sales person, Ronny Kemei. Ronny offered to come by a second time to go over details as the first time we had no idea about the differences in quality/warranty of various doors. I tend to be a highly detailed person with big purchases and Ronny was very considerate in taking notes on all my questions to make sure they were answered. He did a lot of legwork and went above and beyond to try to get us the best price possible. Even though we did not end up choosing LWW&D, Ronny deserves praise for the time and care he put into our project.

Great product and am very pleased, especially with the installation. Dmitri and his partner installed the windows quickly and efficiently. My husband had consulted with Lake Washington Windows before he died last year. They took measurements and gave him a quote. The quote given was honoured when I was ready to go forward with the installation. The windows were installed yesterday, and the crew did an amazing job. They managed to complete the whole house install in 1 day, versus 2. They were efficient, clean, and so, so kind. My initial contact was with Ireland Wood. She had initially dealt with my husband and was SO kind when she found out he had died. Summer Schertz coordinated the install, and Phillip led the install team. Great experience with challenging windows. Estimate was fair and sales person listened to our needs while providing extra support when requested. Service techs were professional and courteous throughout our two day project. We still need to paint but it’s so much more comfortable now.
