I chose Lake WA Windows because they have their own people doing all of the work and do not use outside contractors. I felt that I could trust them to CARE about doing the best job for MY house and not just try to finish the job and move on to the next one. I was not disappointed. The installers were Lake Washington Windows & Doors employees (NOT contractors) who were experienced and knew how to deal with issues that arose while installing my replacement windows and door in my old house. On the day of installation of my new doors, the team was professional and speedy, and cleaned up every speck before they left. Late in the day we discovered that the wrong glass had been ordered for the front door. This was also handled professionally and quickly by my salesman, with everything corrected within a week. I could not be happier with my new doors and look forward to hiring this company later this year for windows. read less
