Glass Replacement (Paired with Full-Frame Projects)
While we don’t offer glass-only replacements as a standalone service, we provide glass replacement as part of a full-frame window or door replacement project. This ensures that any damaged or outdated glass is upgraded alongside the new frame, resulting in a complete, high-performance solution. If you need glass replacement, it must be paired with at least one full-frame window or door installation to ensure a comprehensive service.
Services Not Offered
These are window-related services that are commonly requested of us that we will not provide.
- Glass only replacement.
- Glass only means replacing the glass but not window frame. This is considered a repair.
- We used to accept appointments for glass only requests. If a past customer who has used us for glass replacement calls us to do more, we will need to politely refer them to another company.
- Exception to this rule: We will do glass only replacement if it’s paired with at least 1 full frame door or 1 full frame window replacement.
- Repairing the prospect’s existing windows or doors.
- Repairing or replacing window & door hardware or parts.
- We will assist or refer those who are current or past customers depending on the issue.
- Repairing or replacing window and door screens.

Do you offer custom-sized windows and doors?
Yes, we offer custom-sized windows and doors to fit non-standard openings. Our team will measure your space and recommend the right products to ensure a perfect fit for your home.
Do you offer glass-only replacement?
We do not offer glass-only replacement unless paired with at least one full-frame window or door replacement. This ensures that your new glass is installed as part of a comprehensive, high-performance solution.
Do you handle repairs for existing windows or doors?
We do not offer repair services for existing doors and windows. We specialize in full-frame replacements, which involve completely removing the old window or door and installing a new, high-quality product for better performance.
Can I supply my own window or door for you to install?
We do not install customer-supplied products. Our installation service includes removing, supplying, and installing the window or door to ensure the highest quality and compatibility with your home.
Do you work on new construction projects?
We’re currently focusing our efforts on providing replacement windows only. The reason behind this is the difference in quality and structure of replacement windows vs. new construction windows. It’s often worth replacing new construction windows with retrofit windows to increase energy efficiency and durability. however, our doors can be installed anytime during your home’s lifetime.
