Our Support Process:
Submit a Support Ticket
Fill out the form, and describe the issue you’re experiencing with your windows and doors. Submit your full name, PO number, and address.
Explain Your Issue
Along with the form, please submit a detailed description of the problem and 2-4 pictures of the windows and doors you’re experiencing issues with.
Get it Resolved
Once you submit your ticket, you can expect a response in 2-3 business days. Our Service Coordinator will reach out to you via your preferred contact method.

What is the Current Lead Time?
Our current lead time to complete a window and door project is 8-11 weeks. Lead times can change depending on the time of the year, supply and demand, and other economic conditions.
How Do I Get in Touch with Somebody About My Current Project?
If you need immediate assistance or have specific questions about your project, we encourage you to submit a support ticket for the fastest service. Alternatively, you can call our customer service team at (425) 255-2600. If we are unable to take your call right away, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours
I Need to Schedule a Service. How Do I Do That?
For the quickest scheduling, please submit a support ticket. If you prefer to arrange service over the phone, you can also call our customer service team at (425) 255-2600, and one of our representatives will help connect you with your project coordinator.
There is Something Wrong or Broken with My Window, Can You Fix It?
If there is a problem with a component directly on the window, such as a lock or glass, this may not be covered under our 10-year warranty. In this case, please contact the window manufacturer directly, for example, Milgard under their Lifetime Warranty for issues with Milgard vinyl windows.
For issues related to the installation, such as leaks, you are covered by our Leak Armor Guarantee. Please submit a support ticket to activate your 10-year warranty service, or call us if you need immediate assistance.

Our 10-Year Leak Armor Installation Warranty
At Lake Washington Windows and Doors, we offer a 10-year warranty on your Leak Armor Installation.
What’s Included
Lake Washington Windows and Doors guarantees the customer that window and door products installed using our exclusive Leak Armor installation method will be free of defective workmanship for 10 years from the installation date. If you experience a defect with our work, our installation can cover you in one of three ways:
- We will repair the defect if the damage is related to our craftsmanship or labor.
- We will replace the defective material used to install the window or door product.
- We will refund your purchase price for any defective service.
*It’s important to note that our Leak Armor Installation Warranty only covers installed windows and doors. This means for any defects on the product itself, you will have to contact the window manufacturer under their product warranty.
