How We Earned Our Rank
Unlike other “best of” lists, the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 list isn’t built with customer votes. It’s an annual ranking of the country’s largest remodeling and home improvement companies in the U.S., based on revenue. That means we’ve earned our spot on the 2026 list based on our 2025 revenue, but we could not have done it without our dedicated customers.
We’re proud to be part of a small group of companies with continued demand for our services during a shift in the remodeling market.
What Trends Did This Year Reveal?
Across the industry, remodeling firms are generating more revenue from fewer projects. There are a few reasons for this.
In 2025, Qualified Remodeler identified that more people across the United States were investing in whole-home projects, versus doing several smaller jobs. This means that instead of doing a few windows, a door, or a kitchen remodel, consumers did a whole-home renovation. Homeowners were changing their whole home across design types (kitchen, bath, windows, etc), or doing everything in one category, like whole-home window and door replacement.
Higher average spend per homeowner wasn’t only about project type. Slightly higher labor and materials costs also drove spending up, but not as significantly as project size dictated by the homeowner.
It’s a humbling reflection of our growth and dedication to providing quality products and service.
