Eric Snider

As the third employee of Lake Washington Windows & Doors, I’ve been part of the company’s journey from its early days. After spending seven years with LWWD, I founded Marine View Windows in my hometown of Tacoma, Washington, focusing on serving the local community. In 2020, Marine View Windows merged with Lake Washington Windows & Doors, allowing me to return and help expand our service area and operational capabilities.

As Director of Operations, I work closely with our installers and planning teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service. I’m committed to driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards in every installation, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time with my two beautiful daughters.
