We are extremely happy with the whole process from the time we called for the estimate up to the windows being installed. Everyone we interacted with were very professional, on time and detailed. They answered all of ours questions and took the time to make sure all the measurements were correct. The price was very reasonable and we even added two more windows after the initial estimate. Joe and his crew came and installed the windows rain or shine. They were very efficient and made sure to clean up afterwards inside & out. We love how the windows make the rooms look newly remodeled. We would definitely go through LWWD again for any future projects.

Speedy professional work with a great team - Crisanto, Johan and Brandon. They arrived on time and worked well as a team. I like the site was kept clean. They are thoughtful and respectful, very hardworking.

Crisanto & Johan installed 7 windows (3 new openings) and one patio door (new opening) in our home over four days, several days ahead of schedule, with no mess and matching existing trim for a consistent look. The windows & door all work and look great. Each day of the project they isolated the workspace and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. Would recommend and use again.

This was our first experience getting windows replaced, and it wasn't a small job either since we also had one large dining room window replaced with a sliding door. I recall getting a few quotes, but in the end I was really glad to go with Lake Washington. Our design consultant Ireland was very patient with all my questions and I could tell she was really invested in getting us the just the right windows + sliding door for the right price, without pushing any unnecessary options. Instead of doing just a quick measure and leaving, she made sure to go over as much information as she could with me which was really helpful. On install day, Thomas B., Daniel N., and Brennan B. were super professional and took all the precautions to ensure the dust and debris from the work area was blocked off from the rest of the house, and I could hardly tell that they had been there after each work day. I have to admit that once in a while I would overhear them discussing the small details that went into the install and I could tell they were ensuring it was done the right way. I'm really pleased with the results and service so far and would go with LW next time we have any windows or doors to replace/fix as well.

When I reached out for a quote, Ireland came out right on time and did a great job explaining all the options clearly. The pricing was very competitive, and the follow-up was excellent. The office staff made scheduling easy and kept everything on track. On installation day, Josue and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an amazing job. They were professional, respectful, and left everything clean when finished. My contractor was on site during the process and even commented on how impressed he was with their work. I absolutely love my new windows from Lake Washington window and door. The quality of the windows is wonderful and such an upgrade from my 100 year-old double hung windows. The installers Ricky Emilio and Gustavo were wonderful! They explained what they were doing every step of the way. They put up plastic walls so that no dust would get into the rest of my house. They put down pads on the floor so they would not track any dust around the house . And they did an excellent job installing the windows and caulking them and explaining how they worked. I will definitely use Lake Washington windows and doors for any other windows that I want to have replaced in my house.

We are so excited as we just placed an order for a new door!! So far from the beginning the sales team especially Ireland has been so awesome. Ireland is very professional and knowledgeable of the product and has a positive attitude with a smile. She was very responsive and answered all our questions. We are so happy with Ireland. On 8-11-2025 we had our door installed by Crisanto and Johan , what a team! The LWWD team arrived on time and began the tear down right to the studs! Was really impressed as they enclosed the work area! The team asked us any questions or concerns that we may have. Crisanto and Johan were very polite and courteous as the work began ! I couldn’t believe our house temperature dropped by 5-10 degrees!! Now I eagerly await to replace the rest of windows in our home. Andy and Taz were extremely professional and thorough with our window install even when they had to deal with multiple wasps nests under some shutters. They were very clean and left the house in the same shape it was. After the install, Andy did a great walkthrough to make sure we were comfortable with the windows and to make sure everything met our standards.

We were interested in new sliders, and/or converting one slider into a window. We picked Lake Washington Windows because they'd have their own employees do the wall construction for a window conversion, not subs. Although that was the project we invited them in for, we decided to just replace the failed Thermopane seal panels instead, but during the visit the salesperson (Dave) mentioned their doors, which was a future project, so we asked for a bid for a steel door.Accepting their bid the product took almost exactly their claimed lead time. Although replacing a front door is less involved than converting a slider to a window, I was still concerned about the installers, and Andy and Taz did a great job. Very respectful of our property, detailed in their work, and explaining a few key points. The finished install looks great. While not an inexpensive project, I believe the upgraded door will not only provide additional security with its 3 point/four hinge system, but also be a good first impression for buyers when the day finally comes that we try to sell our house in the very distant future. In the meantime, we will enjoy.My only complaint would be they apparently do not do garage doors--another future project.Edit: I forgot to mention we did have a visit from another large well known company. Their attempt to upsell by expanding the opening for our largest slider was not appreciated, particularly when they denied such a change would require permitting. Also, really did not trust the longevity of their product which had wood encased in vinyl.

Josue and Gustavo were great to work with. They were very accommodating of some adjustments that needed to be made during the installation. They got everything done on time while navigating around a toddler and a cat.
