Great overall experience. No pushy sales tactics, and the entire team overly communicated throughout process. Second project with them. Replaced a patio door with a slider. Andy and Joel did an amazing install job and would highly recommend them.

Andy and Taz were extremely professional and thorough with our window install even when they had to deal with multiple wasps nests under some shutters. They were very clean and left the house in the same shape it was. After the install, Andy did a great walkthrough to make sure we were comfortable with the windows and to make sure everything met our standards.

This is a top shelf company. Excellent customer service and support. Always giving you updates on their time of arrival. Meticulous workmanship , adjustments for patio doors 3 years after installation no questions asked, just perfectly repaired. Thank you!!

We were interested in new sliders, and/or converting one slider into a window. We picked Lake Washington Windows because they'd have their own employees do the wall construction for a window conversion, not subs. Although that was the project we invited them in for, we decided to just replace the failed Thermopane seal panels instead, but during the visit the salesperson (Dave) mentioned their doors, which was a future project, so we asked for a bid for a steel door.Accepting their bid the product took almost exactly their claimed lead time. Although replacing a front door is less involved than converting a slider to a window, I was still concerned about the installers, and Andy and Taz did a great job. Very respectful of our property, detailed in their work, and explaining a few key points. The finished install looks great. While not an inexpensive project, I believe the upgraded door will not only provide additional security with its 3 point/four hinge system, but also be a good first impression for buyers when the day finally comes that we try to sell our house in the very distant future. In the meantime, we will enjoy.My only complaint would be they apparently do not do garage doors--another future project.Edit: I forgot to mention we did have a visit from another large well known company. Their attempt to upsell by expanding the opening for our largest slider was not appreciated, particularly when they denied such a change would require permitting. Also, really did not trust the longevity of their product which had wood encased in vinyl.

Josue and Gustavo were great to work with. They were very accommodating of some adjustments that needed to be made during the installation. They got everything done on time while navigating around a toddler and a cat.

Just had our new windows installed and they look incredible. Joe, Scott and the other installation crew members were amazing and installed 17 windows in a timely, professional manner while still checking every detail on each window to ensure it was perfect. All done with no muss, no fuss. This company was wonderful to do business with from start to finish. Excellent customer service, install crew and product. The team who came out to replace our windows and doors from Lake Washington Windows and Doors was amazing! Josue, Cris, Erik, and Johan were so kind, helpful, and did everything they could to keep our home clean during the installation. At one point, they walked past as I was moving my desk and even asked if they could help me! Just great guys who did an excellent job. Our windows look absolutely incredible!! We recently replaced every window in our house and our back sliding door. 14 windows in all. We got bids from 5 different companies and are so glad we went with Lake Washington Windows and Doors. We were able to get super high quality Anlin windows, invisible screens, and additional UV coating at a bid that was a few thousand dollars less than everyone else for a top quality installation process. Everyone in the process was INCREDIBLE! We had a tight schedule to get them done and Dave (our sales guy who gave us nearly 2 hours of his time in a completely no pressure bid) and Jeff (our project lead) were able to accommodate that and shift things around to fit us in. When our team showed up to install our windows (Josue, Cris, Erik, and Johan) they were so thorough. Not just in installing, but in making sure they kept our house clean and answering all of my questions. When they found dry rot in one of our walls they were unbelievably helpful in taking their own time to help me figure out the scope of the problem and even got their manager on the phone immediately to discuss with me what next steps were needed to ensure they could finish the windows on time. Then they pivoted to another window and kept on moving and met their deadline the next day with no trouble! Literally cannot recommend the team at Lake Washington highly enough! If you're considering windows, absolutely have LW come by to give you a bid. If we had any windows left, we would be using them 100%!

Josue, Cris, Erik, and Johan were awesome! At one point they even asked if I needed help moving my desk when they walked by my office and saw me scooting it around. They were super positive guys who seemed like they had a lot of fun on the job. And our windows look absolutely stunning! Can't say enough about the team at Lake Washington. My wife and I needed to replace all of our windows and slider (14 windows in all). We knew it was going to be expensive to do it right (quality install was our top priority) so we got 5 different bids. Not only was Lake Washington the lowest bid (with a quality install process), they offered double lifetime warranty for any leaks and accidental breakage! But the kicker was we were able to get Anlin windows (only a few companies are licensed to install them), which are a bit higher quality than Milgard and come with invisible screens and extra UV protection at the same price as Milgard Tuscany V400 windows. But most importantly in our experience, everyone in the process was INCREDIBLE! Our sales guy Dave spent nearly 2 hours showing us the Anlin windows specifics with zero pressure sales pitch. No "sign today or lose this bonus" or anything like that. We took over a week to make our decision and Dave and our lead Jeff were still able to hit our pretty tight deadline to get the windows in before the July 4th holiday. The team who installed our windows, Josue, Cris, Erik, and Johan was really the icing on the cake. They were not only super helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, but they had a lot of fun while they working. Joking, laughing, and enjoying the job as they went. Most importantly, when they found dry rot around one of the windows, they helped me really figure out the scope of the problem and got their manager on the phone immediately to figure out how to get everything repaired and keep the project on track. Without their help that would have been an absolute disaster. They didn't even miss a beat and finished the job on-time despite the delay getting the dry rot fixed caused. If we had any windows left, we would be using them 100%! Definitely bring them out for a bid, if you're thinking of replacing windows or doors. They were 10/10 excellent!

We hired lake Washington windows and doors to replace our 48” wide window to a 108”. I was well informed with every decision throughout the process. The sales, Matt, is knowledgeable on windows and be very patient to help us figuring out the right window, trimming and hardware. Mike explains well on the construction process and Andy and Taz were the most professional crews I’ve ever hired for a job. The site was left clean after the job done and the quality of work was unbeatable.

Lake Washington delivered on every word they said for my recent window & patio door project. My consultant Michael is easily one the best sales persons I've ever worked with. He possesses the unique combination of design skills, deep product knowledge, and total customer focus. Michael sent me a detailed design drawing on a piece of grid paper a couple of hours after my "change of mind" on window layout. That single piece of artifact convinced me that Lake Washington has people who know what they are doing. Michael also offered me a product two other well-known local vendors simply said "don't exist" -- at a more competitive rate than the less preferred products the other vendors quoted. Decisioning became very simple from there. Ireland coordinated inspection and install scheduling for me. Her communication was clear and well advanced so I had plenty of time to get ready for appointments. A breath of fresh air compared to other install/remodeling vendors I've worked with in the past. Coming installation day, Josue and Andy (Andres) were my installers. These guys did incredible work. They came on time, were super efficient with the work and were polite and friendly throughout. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly, saving any hassle on my side. Josue even assisted me in putting back two pieces of window dressings so I didn't have to struggle with putting them back on at night. They did everything professionally, with a lot of skills and care. As a happy customer who now has beautiful, specially made, newly installed windows and door, I recommend Lake Washington wholeheartedly and will use them again for my future projects.

I had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors. Every step of the process was first class - from Kevin the sales rep, to Mike the Measure Tech to Chris & David the installers. In addition to them, Ireland kept me up to speed on dates and times of specific events happening with my project. If you are looking for window replacement, I'd look no further!

We contacted Lake Washington Windows and Doors regarding French doors that let water in the house during big storms. An appointment was scheduled quickly and efficiently. Dave did a careful assessment and explained the different options we had. We never felt he was trying to sell doors that wouldn't be best for our needs. We highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors.

Overall, our experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors was very professional. Scope of work involved a new sliding patio door that was completed within 1/2 day. They offered reasonable pricing - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, which in my opinion is the best approach to take with home services. This was a multi-step process (inquiry, free quote, critical measure, installation) in which we engaged with 4-5 different people. There were aspects in which they went above and beyond; and others where it was OK, leading to the rating. Installation (6/5): Crisanto & Joel were ROCKSTARS. They were professional, friendly, thorough, and highly knowledgable. We were there throughout the entire process - and could tell they took pride in their work and installed it as if it were their own home. For example, Crisanto laid down a wood transition piece and while trying to press it into place, the wood slightly split. He removed it and replaced it with a new one. When Joel tried to install the screen door, he was very meticulous in making sure it was balanced and the wheels were sliding properly. Scheduling (4/5): Scheduling process was generally communicative and straightforward; however, due to the bomb cyclone, we experienced some last minute scheduling changes. My understanding is that they were very busy for the next few weeks, and had already received the door, and needed to install as soon as they could because it would be difficult for them to hold onto inventory. They were really encouraging us to schedule it for the following day, which we already had commitments, but did our best to move and accommodate them. What really made it difficult to give 5 stars was after we cleared our schedule to make sure they could come (and that they said they could bring a generator if our power was still out), they asked AGAIN if we had a generator and then proceeded to ask if we knew when we were getting our power back (btw, even PSE didn't know since they were doing damage assessment at the time). I recognize this was a stressful time for everyone, but after we did everything to accommodate to their schedule, it felt the burden being shifted all onto us as the customer - to accommodate to their schedule, to provide power, & being asked if we had a generator twice even though they said their manager could bring one. That burdening feeling just left me a bit stressed out & a bad taste in the mouth. Inquiry/Sales (4/5): After I initially submitted an inquiry online, I felt bombarded by the e-mail, texts, calls to follow up. I appreciate a company making sure I receive communication from them, but because I was reached out to by multiple people with 7+ touchpoints, it was a lot. There was also a system issue that caused confusion around scheduling. However, after getting into contact & scheduling the estimate appointment, everything else generally went smoothly, so I'm glad I didn't let this part stop me from moving forward because the installation was top-notch. Without the unexpected weather, I think my experience would've resulted in a full rating, but I didn't want to discount how it went given when things weren't perfect (because hey, it happens). If you've read this far and are still unsure whether to go with Lake Washington Windows & Doors, I can say with confidence that you'll be in good hands.

I had a good experience with this company. From the initial consultation to the actual installation of my windows and sliding doors. Pricing is probably in the middle, not the least expensive and not the most expensive. The window/door brand I got was Milgard with a lifetime warranty. Hope that stands true.

We had (5) windows replaced and (1) new window installed. Crew was very professional and cleaned up at the end of shift. Installation process from start to finish was smooth. Our experience was a positive one and we look forward to more projects with them.

The whole process was smooth. The initial consultation with Matt was informative and he helped with getting a discount. There was good communication with Ireland and the rest of the team. The installers did a great job too and cleaned the work space well. Overall, I’m happy with this company thus far. It’s only been a few days since the windows and sliding door have been installed, but so far so good.

I can’t say enough about Lake Washington and their stellar commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve been dealing with a lot of questionable contractors lately due to all of the work I’ve done on my house this year. Lake Washington was by far the best experience. Spencer was my first contact. He was on time, friendly and did not try to pressure, oversell or overcharge me. The quote he provided me was on par price wise and was very detailed. He was also very knowledgeable about payment options and timelines. The admin staff, Ireland, Candice, McKenzie were all awesome at their jobs. They kept me updated on all of the logistics of the project, and promptly and professionally solved any issues that came up which were very few. The installers were the stars of the whole operation. Christopher and his partner (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, very professional and took great care of my home. They made sure my space was protected from the elements and left the site clean and tidy afterward. I had a last minute request regarding the trim, Chris listened and did his best to accommodate the request. His “we will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with the results” attitude was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, I rate the entire experience, 5 out of 5.

This is our seconds time working with Lake Washington Windows and they are still the best windows/door company around. Michael, the sales rep, was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and provided multiple quotes as we made several changes throughout the process. Ireland, in their office, was great with communication and kept us informed with the installation date. Crisanto and Joel did our installation. I wasn’t home that day but my wife said they were super polite and she felt very safe at home alone while they completed the installation. Lake Washington has been great to work with, fair on their prices, and I would definitely recommend them if you need doors or windows.
