Outside Sales Representative

Lake Washington Windows and Doors is the largest Milgard replacement window dealer in Washington State. We service King, South Snohomish, and Pierce Counties from our Renton headquarters. We foster a culture of respect, support your growth, and provide year-round opportunities.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll generate and close leads by conducting in-home consultations, building lasting customer relationships, and guiding homeowners through our window and door solutions. You’ll be backed by high-quality, pre-qualified leads, a respected brand, and a company-provided vehicle to help you succeed.

• Generate Sales: Engage prospects, conduct in-home consultations, present product demos, and close deals.
• Build Relationships: Listen to customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and earn trust.
• Negotiate & Close: Clearly present pricing and financing options; guide customers through the buying process.
• Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions.
• Client Support: Ensure post-sale satisfaction, schedule follow-ups, and foster ongoing loyalty.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with our installation and service teams to guarantee seamless project execution.

Required

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction, home improvement, or related field preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized
• Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred

• Knowledge of window/door products or home-improvement market
• Existing network in King, Snohomish, or Pierce County

• Ability to commute throughout service area (company car provided)
• Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Passed background and motor-vehicle record checks
