We’re seeking a skilled Lead Installer to supervise and perform the installation of windows and doors. In this role, you’ll lead a team of 1–2 installers, ensure projects are completed to company standards, and represent our brand with professionalism on every job site.
Responsibilities
Installation
- Lead and supervise a team of 1–2 installers to ensure efficient, high-quality installations.
- Review installation plans, measurement documents, and materials for accuracy.
- Manage and participate in full installation process, from prep to final walkthrough.
- Maintain accurate records, including time logs, materials used, and tech reports.
- Report progress, challenges, and completed work to the Installation Manager.
- Problem-solve issues as they arise during installations.
Team Leadership
- Train and mentor installation assistants.
- Assign tasks based on skill and experience to maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor performance and provide guidance to ensure quality standards.
Customer Interaction
- Communicate with customers on-site, addressing questions or concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality work and service.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Remain current on industry safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
What We’re Looking For

- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on window/door installation experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and openness to feedback
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (customer-facing and team-based)
- Ability to read and interpret measurement documents and job packets
