We are seeking a motivated Lead Assistant Installer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with the removal and installation of residential windows and doors, support the installation team, and gain valuable skills in a growing trade. This position is ideal for someone eager to start a career in skilled trades, learn on the job, and grow into a leadership support role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the removal and installation of residential windows and doors
- Prepare homes with protective measures and maintain clean job sites
- Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support installation of trim, sealants, and finishing work with attention to detail
- Interact professionally with homeowners and team members
- Take initiative, follow instructions, and grow into a leadership support role
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Mechanical aptitude, comfortable with tools and hands-on tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow into a skilled trade role
- Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Interest in a long-term career, not just a job
Requirements
- Ability to commute reliably to service areas (company vehicle/tools provided once advanced)
- Commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration

Schedule
- Full-time, year-round
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
