Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Participation is open to all companies willing to participate in the Lake Washington Window Whispers Program.
- Affiliates may submit customer information using the form at lakewashingtonwindows.com/window-whispers-affiliate-program. Affiliates must provide the Referred Customer’s full name, email address, and phone number. Affiliates are required to provide the email address of the staff member who will receive the $100 Visa Gift Card, and the full name of the reward recipient, and the name of the company who referred the new customer.
- Referred Customers must not be current customers of Lake Washington Windows and Doors or have previously signed a service agreement. The referral is considered valid when the Referred Customer successfully signs a service agreement with Lake Washington Windows and Doors.
- The referral program does not apply to IGU (Individual Glass Unit Replacement) or Glass Installation/Replacement services.
- To qualify for the referral reward, the Referred Customer must make a minimum purchase of 3 window replacements or 1 door replacement.
- The program is applicable to homeowners and condo owners hiring Lake Washington Windows and Doors for full window and door installations on their residential properties. It is not valid for commercial entities.
- For each successful referral, the Affiliate will receive a $100 Visa gift card within 30 days following the signing of the service agreement by the Referred Customer. The Visa gift card will be emailed to the email address provided by the Affiliate during the referral process.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an Affiliate can make, and they can earn a $100 Visa gift card for each successful referral as long as the Referred Customers meet the requirements mentioned in point 3 and 4.
- Affiliates must obtain the consent of the Referred Customers before providing their contact information to Lake Washington Windows and Doors. Affiliates must have a pre-existing relationship with the Referred Customers and ensure they have agreed to be referred.
- If Affiliates are referring idle leads, they must also obtain the consent of the Referred Lead before providing their contact information to Lake Washington Windows and Doors. Alternatively, Affiliates can give Lake Washington Windows and Doors’ contact information for the lead to reach out themselves. However, Affiliates should ensure they are giving the lead the instructions they need (including the referral email address of the company contact), to ensure they will get rewarded for the referral. Affiliates can employ both methods to ensure they get rewarded.
- Lake Washington Windows and Doors reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, or to change the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on the Lake Washington Windows and Doors website.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity related to referrals will be subject to investigation, and Lake Washington Windows and Doors reserves the right to disqualify any individuals found engaging in such activity from participating in the Program.
- Affiliates agree not to engage in any activities that may be viewed as inappropriate, unethical, or damaging to the reputation of Lake Washington Windows and Doors while participating in the Program.
- By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to release Lake Washington Windows and Doors and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the Program.
- The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
