Must purchase a minimum of 5 windows or 1 door to qualify for the giveaway.
Must schedule and attend a Design Consultation and sign the service contract between you and Lake Washington Windows and Doors to apply for the Giveaway. By signing the sales contract, you effectively enter the Giveaway. Attendees have until November 30th, 2023, to schedule a Design Consultation and enter an agreement with Lake Washington Windows.
Giveaway only applies to homeowners and condo owners who hire Lake Washington Windows and Doors to fully install windows and doors on their existing home(s). Not valid for commercially owned entities.
This exclusive giveaway offer is contingent on a completed installation.
To redeem your free TV, go to lakewashingtonwindows.com/TV-giveaway once you have completed your installation. Fill out and submit the form. You can expect to receive your free TV in 2-3 weeks from the date you submitted the online form. Customers have until March 31st, 2024, to submit their online form and redeem their free TV.
