Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. The Lake Washington Windows and Doors Customer Referral Program (the “Program”) allows customers who have signed their service agreement and non-customers (“Referrer”) to refer friends who successfully book their own consultations and sign their own service agreement (“Referred Customer”)to earn up to $350 in referral rewards, in the form of Visa e-gift cards.
2. Referrers can earn a $100 Visa e-gift card when their friends complete a complementary consultation. Referrers can earn an additional $250 Visa e-gift card when their friends move forward with us by signing a service agreement of their own.
3. Participation in the Program is open to all Lake Washington Windows and Doors customers who have signed their service agreement and are not in violation of any of the Program’s terms and conditions. Participation is also open to all non-customers who wish to recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors to their friends and family.
4. To refer friends to Lake Washington Windows and Doors, the Referrer must fill out the 2-part form on the refer-a-friend page. 
5. The Referred Customer must not be an existing customer of Lake Washington Windows and Doors or have previously signed a service agreement. The Referred Customer must successfully complete a consultation and sign a service agreement with Lake Washington Windows and Doors for the referral to be considered valid.
6. The Referred Customer must have a residence serviced in Lake Washington Windows and Doors’ service area, which includes Kitsap County, King County, Pierce County, and South Snohomish County (cities south of Lake Stevens). If the Referred Customer’s service address does not fall within these areas, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive the reward. 
7. The Referred Customer must complete a complimentary consultation. This means the Referred Customer must be successfully qualified for our scope of service during the appointment setting process, successfully book an appointment, and must show up to the appointment. Cancellations and No Shows will make the Referrer ineligible to receive referral rewards. 
8. The Referral Program does not apply to IGU, or Individual Glass Unit Replacement, or Glass Installation/Replacement services.
9. The Referred Customer must make a minimum purchase of 3 window replacement or 1 door replacement in order for the Referrer to receive the referral reward.
10. The referral program only applies to homeowners and condo owners who hire Lake Washington Windows and Doors to fully install windows and doors on their existing home(s). Not valid for commercially owned entities.
11. For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive a $100 Visa gift card within 30 days following their friend’s completed consultation. The Referrer will receive a $250 Visa e-gift card within 30 days following their friend’s signed service agreement. signing of the service agreement by the Referred Customer. The Visa gift cards will be sent via email. 
12. There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can refer. Referrers can earn up to $350 in Visa gift cards for each successful referral as long as the referred customers meet the requirements mentioned in point 2,3, and 4.
13. The Referrer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to obtain the consent of the referred individuals before providing their contact information to Lake Washington Windows and Doors. Referrers must have a pre-existing relationship with the Referred Customer and ensure that they have agreed to be referred.
14. Lake Washington Windows and Doors reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, or to change the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on the Lake Washington Windows and Doors website.
15. Fraudulent or suspicious activity related to referrals will be subject to investigation, and Lake Washington Windows and Doors reserves the right to disqualify any individuals found engaging in such activity from participating in the Program.
16. The Referrer agrees not to engage in any activities that may be viewed as inappropriate, unethical, or damaging to the reputation of Lake Washington Windows and Doors while participating in the Program.
17. By participating in the Program, the Referrer agrees to release Lake Washington Windows and Doors and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the Program.
18. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
