COVID-19 – Precautions We’re Taking

The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. With recent news around coronavirus (COVID-19), we know you may have questions about how we can keep our community healthy. We want to share the actions we’re taking to help protect our customers and window installers.

What We’re Doing

Sanitation Training

We’ve trained our crew to use sanitation best-practices in accordance with WHO and CDC guidelines. Our installers do not come in contact with our customers. Additionally we’ve provided disinfectant for use in company vehicles, on installed windows, and on all surfaces that they may come in contact with. This preventative action will help to sanitize all surfaces that our installers come in contact with.

Closely monitoring our crew

We’re taking daily precautions to communicate with our window installation crews. None of our employees have reported symptoms. If that were to change, we will immediately take action to make them stay home until they are medically cleared.

Closely monitoring the situation

We are keeping updated daily on recommendations from the Washington State government. We are prepared to take additional preventive actions should they be suggested by the health experts.

What You Can Do

Communicate

If we have an upcoming appointment at your home and you or anyone at your home is experiencing symptoms, please call and notify us. We will reschedule the appointment until you are medically cleared and it’s safe for our installers. Preventing the spread of this virus is critical to the safety of our community.

Practice good hygiene

Wash your hands frequently. Cover your nose and mouth if you have to sneeze or cough. And use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Please stay home if you are sick.

Stay informed

The CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO) are updating their sites with the latest information.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions. Thank you for doing your part.
