*We are experiencing growth! We have an opening for an experienced Lead Window Installer with construction experience such as carpentry, general contracting, or window and door installation. We are looking for a leader who can encourage and direct others, give great customer service, and work hard. As a Lead Window Installer, you’ll work with quality products and services, collaborate with a great team, and use a company vehicle with daily cleaning service provided.

Description

We are looking for an experienced window and door installer, but are also willing to train the right individual with aptitude, a good attitude, an eagerness to learn, and mechanically experienced. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career within our organization.

The Lead Window Installer will showcase their skills leading a 2 to 3-person crew replacing windows and doors on residential homes. The work requires providing excellent customer service, setting up home protection, maintaining jobsite cleanliness, utilizing tools and specialized techniques to carefully replace windows and doors. This Lead Window Installer will execute skilled installations of interior and exterior trim, and the clean application of sealants. As a Lead, we are looking for a leader, great team player, and a trust-worthy individual who is reliable and able to work effectively on project deliverables.

Responsibilities

The Lead Window Installer will showcase his/her carpentry skills and guide a 2 to 3-person crew replacing windows and doors on residential homes.

• Provide clear and friendly communication to our customers.
• Ensure your team provides excellent customer service.
• Maintain a high standard of home protection and jobsite cleanliness.
• Utilize saws and tools to carefully replace windows and doors.
• Skillfully install interior and exterior trim.
• Apply sealants neat and cleanly.
• Perform basic framing and reconstruction tasks.
• Converse with customers to assess a game plan for window/door installation.
• Solicit 5-star reviews from happy and satified customers.

The Lead Window Installer should enjoy coaching others. He/She is a team player, trust-worthy, reliable, able to effectively problem solve, has good writting skills, and is able to work effectively on a deadline.

Qualifications & Required Experience

We prefer a candidate with at least 5 years of remodel experience however, we are willing to train a high aptitude, mechanically inclined candidate who may have less than 5 years of remodel experience, but fits our company values based on respecting all individuals, continuous improvement, and a commitment to customer care!
