Door quality is great, and the installation was fast, friendly, and the installers appeared skilled and knowledgeable. The scheduling was a little bit of an issue with multiple "okay, it'll be next week!" followed by "There's been a delay." Ultimately, the install happened 2.5 months longer than originally estimated. But once it was actually scheduled, it went well.

High praise to the crew from Lake Washington Windows and doors. They did a phenomenal job - arrived on time, installed 7 windows and a sliding door, covered all my floors and removed all the mess including the ancient windows. They were a pleasure to work with and I could not be happier. The customer service was also outstanding, great communication from start to finish!

Everyone in this company has been a pleasure to deal with starting with Jim the estimator, and the coordinators, keeping us on a timeline to the installers Chris and Eric. Both of these guys went out of their way to explain what was going on. Show us whatever we wanted to see and laid protective rugs everywhere they went and cleaned up after every place they had been. I would not hesitate to use these people again if I have the chance. Some friends of ours are having them do their windows and doors also. These are Milgard Tuscany, double hung windows, which match the other two windows that were previously installed.

Wow! I can’t say enough nice things about our window project with Lake Washington. We needed all the old windows replaced in our new home. Every single person from start to finish was professional, positive, responsive and just really nice people. Matt our sales guy was so pleasant to work, Ireland our scheduler kept us up to date and informed, the two Chris’s did a great job installing the windows and at the very end Candice was super timely with a billing question. From the very beginning it was a great experience. Michael our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable of the windows. He told us how the process would work and he nailed it! We appreciate the fact that he wasn’t pushy or aggressive. He was gracious, polite and our puppies loved him. Joe, Scott and the install crew did a fabulous job! They were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. The puppies loved them too. They kept the workspace clean and they cleaned up when they left. The windows are beautiful!! Getting our windows replaced by Lake Washington Windows and Doors was a great experience from initial estimates through installation. The staff provided timely updates throughout the process and got the work completed earlier than expected. The install crew was efficient and did a great job with the install.

They just finished changing all of our windows + glass door today, and everything is looking great! The crew were really pleasant to deal with, professional, competent, and they were careful not to leave doors open when the cats were around, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get new windows installed by an amazing crew.

We had a great experience with Lake Washington Windows. our project included replacing 10 windows and four sliding doors. We appreciate Lake Washington working with us till all the work (ours too) was completed. Our complements to the crew that did the installation. They were professional, efficient, really thorough, and performed quality work. In addition they listened to and answered all my questions. One year later and I had a leak under one window. They were responsive to my call and sent someone out to address the issue. It was fixed and they applied the fix to all the windows.

Excellent customer service and installation team! From Dave the sales rep, the administration team, though Joe and his team, we appreciated their hard work to give us a fair price and quality work. Our project was scheduled for 3 days but completed in 2. Joe and his installation team expressed their appreciation of our making easy access as much as we could. They worked out the details and explained the process of enlarging the opening for the sliding glass door. We chose vinyl windows and we love the upgraded Pureview screens! We highly recommend this company!

Lake Washington Windows did a full gut replacement of 20+ windows in our home, plus a ProVia door install, and we couldn't be more pleased. During the sales consult, Matt V caught my attention when he mentioned Lake Washington's culture of kaizen (continuous improvement) with respect to their installation process. I also appreciated how he let the Milgard fiberglass windows "sell themselves" - I never felt pressured into making a hasty decision. My confidence continued to grow when Mike came to do the final measurements. He identified that our home had custom window casing and modified the install process to preserve them. Likewise, he helped us spec out additional exterior trim on several windows where we wanted to add it. The install process itself exceeded our expectations. Chris and Xavier exhibited incredible attention to detail and genuine pride in their work. I especially appreciated Chris's clear, detailed communication throughout the 3-week process and the way he included me in the decision-making process when we had alternatives to choose from. Chris and Xavier's commitment to excellence is visible from inside and outside the home -- the windows are great, but the quality of the install is what makes them really shine. Highly recommended!

We had a new front door and two entry windows installed and we're really happy with the service and product we received from Lake Washington Windows & Doors! I really appreciated the installers keeping the space clean by using a shop-vac whenever they produced dust. We always dread the amount of dust and debris when contractors come in, but with Lake Washington W&D there wasn't much cleaning needed post-install! There was a slight issue with getting the door in straight due to natural house settling, but Ricky and Joel worked hard to make sure they still completed on time by calling in one of the senior installers to help. Having worked with contractors who drag out projects when issues like this pop up, I'm so grateful when they problem-solve in the background to avoid delays. I was so happy to say goodbye to those drafty, dark, 1970's textured glass aluminum windows!

The entire process was professional. They honored the price, delivery and installation, quality of product and service. The installer was prepared, courteous and competent. He went above and beyond, installing our sliding door in the pouring rain without a cover on our patio. He improvised with a tarp! Communications were excellent. Five stars.

Replaced a 4ft x 8ft window. They did great!

After receiving quotes from various window companies, we decided to hire Lake Washington Windows and Doors for our project. From the consult to the date of installation, we were impressed with their communicativeness (they kept us updated while we were waiting for the windows to arrive), friendliness, competitive pricing and quality of work - our new windows look great. The caulking was done neatly and the crew cleaned up any mess that they made during installation. We will definitely hire them again when we go to replace more of our old windows!

Best experience I have had with a company. Seamless from start to finish. Starting with my Sales Consultant Dave Judge who was extremely helpful; Mike who performed the final measurements on kitchen window and sliding patio door was very knowledgeable; Ireland who did all of the scheduling and kept me informed and Thomas and Xavier who did a great job installing the sliding patio door and kitchen window. Also thank you McKenzie who helped me get the Milgard Promo Gift Card from Amazon. Thank you so much for reminding me that there are still some "Good Companies" out there! 🙂

I was very impressed by everyone at Lake Washington Windows and Doors who worked on our multi day window renovation project. Every employee who I interacted with was professional and courteous. They treated our home with respect and attention to detail. We would be happy to use them again for any future window needs.

The whole process of getting my new windows was such a wonderful experience with Lake WA Windows & Doors. Jim Dobbins was the sales rep for the company and I ultimately went with them because he walked me through the types of windows, project logistics, and company reputation in great detail and answered all of my questions.

The stars of the project were Thomas (Project Lead) and his team. Thomas was incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient, and clean. I am also very pleased with the detailing that him and Daniel did during the final stretch. Highly recommend this company! My new Milgard windows and sliding door are absolutely beautiful.

Right from the initial estimate to the final installment of windows and doors for our entire house, everything went great. We received excellent customer service. Our job was somewhat customized and expensive but their estimate still came in lower than the other companies i had bid. The whole house looks like it got a major facelift! Big thanks to Dave, Ireland, Chris, Cris, Rob, and Luis! Everyone was so great to work with and had fantastic expertise. I would highly recommend!

Everything from beginning to end was seamless and professional. I had two large windows replaced that were quite old. I had an initial estimate and once I decided to go with Lake Washington Windows & Doors, I had an additional more thorough measurement of my windows done.

The initial estimate of a 9-11 week wait was shortened by about 2 1/2 weeks.
The installers arrived on time & we're out pretty much on time. They cleaned up their work & even helped me to move a couch back into place. I'm definitely using Lake Washington Windows & Doors for my next window project!

I worked with Jon Wood and Ireland Wood prior to the installation and they were fantastic! I appreciated their frequent communications and knew where we were in the process at all times. The install team was Thomas, Daniel, and Rob, and they were also amazing. They were prompt, respectful, efficient, and did beautiful work. They replaced aluminum windows that were in the house we recently purchased, along with repairing the water damage caused by the poor installation/maintenance of those windows. The job was expected to take two days, but they were able to complete it in one. The new windows are gorgeous and I only have good things to say about everyone I worked with.

Replaced two large windows in my home. Price was competitive and full installation was completed on time in half a day.

Highly recommend them! I have a 1950s house and Lake Washington windows and doors did 3 big windows, 1 picture window, and 2 sliding doors all in 4 days. For the doors they had to take out the previous windows , cut a new frame , rewire electrical. The attention to detail during the process was top notch. In one of my windows we found rot in the wood below. They fixed that too and charged reasonable for parts and labor. Cannot recommend them enough.

Overall a very good experience and product. One complaint was that I asked if they used subs and they said no but the door installer was indeed a sub—who works for them very often. He also did a great job and was professional but he was a sub contrary to what I was told. Beyond that, the whole process went well with good communication on timelines and progress throughout. Perhaps most importantly, the doors, two sidelights and five windows look great!

Excellent experience from start to finish. We initially went with a lower bid, but that company started coming up with hidden costs. Lake Washington windows and doors was transparent with the final cost from the start. Lots of great communications at every step of the process. They were quick to respond to questions. Install was scheduled to start at 0800 and they were at the front door right on time. The install was expected to take about 4 hours, but the original sliding door had major leveling issues and the install took about 8 hours with a trip to Home depot for extra material. No bill for added cost due to the issues found. This did not phase the professional installers. They fixed the issues and installed the French doors including trim. No shortcuts to quality even after a long day. Only minimal touch up and painting required for me and this was communicated prior to install. We are very happy with Lake Washington windows and doors.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors did an exceptional job of replacing our two sliding glass doors! The price was fair, and their work is quality. One of our sliders was replaced with a set of French doors, while the other we chose to build up and put in a large window. We had a mishap only a week after installation. My cat decided to rip up the weather sealing strip at the base of one of the French doors. I contacted them to go about paying to replace the weather stripping, and they came out and did it free of charge as a good-will service. All employees are extremely friendly, patient, and funny. Our sales rep Dave Judge, their billing department (Candice), their scheduling department (Ireland), their installers. AMAZING. I will definitely be going back to them in the future for additional replacements, and will recommend them to anyone looking. I cannot recommend them enough. -Mackenzie Huseth

They provided a fair quote, kept me up to date as the windows were being manufactured, and scheduled the service without issue. When they showed up on site for installation, they took their amazing service to the next level - keeping things clean, with a minimal impact on my family's day to day activity. We live in Burien and had Dave Judge with LW windows and doors come by to take a look at our defunct sliding door. We were dreading this visit, expecting a hefty estimate to follow his inspection. Instead, Dave took the time to actually fix the door! He also provided some DIY tips and did warn us that eventually the door and track will wear down completely. He was super nice and patient. When the time does come to replace our door, we will certainly use this business. Transparency and good work ethics go a long way these days.

I was in good hands from start to finish. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable, had been in the window business for years. The office was very organized in terms of communicating with me. The measuring expert got everything perfect, the installation crew was experienced and careful, and the follow up service call was performed immediately and perfectly. The estimator and installers were very friendly and professional.

We had an excellent 2-man team, Thomas the lead and Xavier his assistant. Great personalities, good communication, worked well as a team and were very particular with how the work needed to be done according to our needs. I definitely recommend the company. This is the only company we could find that still manufactures and installs garden windows, to measurement. These come with a glass shelf.

I'm quite happy with my new windows and doors. The installers were all knowledgeable and nice.. but one. One young man had such a nasty personality, that no matter what you asked him about, all he could do is scream "I don't know!!" Too bad that young man brought the rating down for the whole crew and business.

In every aspect, working with Lake WA Windows and doors was an exceptional experience. I had already had 3 other companies come out to give me bids on replacing old, but utterly charming single paned wood windows. I could not afford to replace them with wood clad windows but they helped me find the best alternative. The windows look great. Installation was amazing and went twice as fast as predicted (1 day not 2). Everyone I dealt with was highly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Most important the salesman was informative and problem solving rather than pushy. I highly recommend them.
